What we like best about K2 5.3
- The new SmartForm, SmartObject View Create rights for Security and Governance offer a great improvement on the security of your environment. The new feature allows you to control who can create SmartObjects, forms and views from within the K2 Designer.
- The newly added View Execute Rights also gives you the option to control usage of views in regards to open and run features.
- The new integration of the Cloud Storage Broker is really useful, it now allows you to transfer files through SmartObjects using the best online file services, including Google Grive, Dropbox, Box and Microsoft OneDrive – this is a great feature addition!
- The Task Due Date enhancement is a greate productivity update from K2, the improved feature allows you to set a date in your workflow so that any collaborators can see the due date of any given task.
