Keller provides services to the entire construction sector – from industrial, commercial and housing projects to infrastructure construction for dams, tunnels, power and energy, transportation and water treatment. Keller is also a leading provider of specialist geotechnical services used in the building renovation and the increasingly important environmental contracting markets.
The Problem
Due to an outdated operating model Keller faced inconsistencies between their multiple business units when it came to managing risk across the organisation. Keller took the decision to outsource the problem to low-code development architects, Velocity IT to develop a blueprint for rapid application development of a standardised Risk Management Solution.
The Solution
As solution providers, Velocity IT designed and built Keller a system that tackled inconsistencies and provided a single, standard, automated risk management and contract approval process, applying K2 workflow technology to an existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform. This solution led to a more efficient and reliable process, allowing for improved decision making and better business operation.
