Executive Summary

Express HR provide a recruitment platform for agencies. The platform presents a subscription model for recruitment agencies to manage the process of candidate sourcing and on-boarding. Every agency is unique and as such, requires variable configuration of the processes that manage a candidate from source-to-placement.

Velocity IT were enlisted to support Express HR with integrating a low-code workflow solution into their HR platform, to provide electronic forms and workflow capabilities to their clients.

Velocity IT proposed K2 as the development platform due to its mature workflow and strong capability to integrate with the existing system.

The Solution

Express HR now benefit from a best-of-breed workflow package that is embedded into their product and their customers can easily create workflows and forms independently.

Conventionally, this system build would have been delivered via a traditional IT development, however, based on the objectives and pace in which a solution was required, the K2 low-code platform presented the optimal capabilities to enable speed to market and support the recruitment agencies array of needs in deployment forms and workflows.

Velocity IT carried out the deep integration between the two platforms to ensure a seamless experience for Express HR’s clients.

The solution has allowed for clients to self-configure their workflow and tailor their online forms.
