Find out moreNintex Workflow for Office 365 utilises the Microsoft SharePoint 2013 workflow engine. Starting 2nd April 2024, SharePoint 2013 workflows will be deactivated for new tenants. For existing tenants, they will be discontinued and completely retired by 2nd April 2026.
SCHEDULE AN UPGRADE REVIEWOnce the upgrade feature is activated in your Nintex for Office 365 account, a notification appears in the Workflow Gallery upon accessing Nintex Workflow for Office 365 from a SharePoint Online list or site. Two additional columns – ‘Upgrade Availability’ and ‘Upgrade Status’ is added to the workflow gallery. This signify the workflows’ readiness for migration to the Nintex Automation Cloud. Following the upgrade, a draft version of the workflow is established in the Nintex Automation Cloud. Finalise the migration by publishing this workflow in the Nintex Automation Cloud and subsequently deactivating it in Nintex for Office 365.
