As a result of our expanding operations, we are excited to announce a new opening for a Senior Intelligent Automation Developer on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing state-of-the-art business process automation solutions for our esteemed clients. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to lead a small team located in India. Skills Required
- A bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience in application development
- Proficiency in low code programming with practical experience in one or more of the following: K2, Nintex, Mendix, Microsoft Power Apps, Netcall and UiPath
- Solid understanding of DevOps and Agile principles
- Advantageous to have .NET development skills
- Experience in developing with K2, Nintex, Mendix, Microsoft Power Apps, Netcall and UiPath, and ability to design technical approaches
- Proficient in deploying and maintaining production systems on K2, Nintex, Mendix, Microsoft Power Apps, Netcall, and UiPath platforms
- 8+ years of experience in development and solution implementations
- Extensive experience in architectural design and application development
- Familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Knowledge of network infrastructure and security, including TCP/IP, DNS, and Active Directory
- Adherence to code quality standards, performing code reviews, and following defined conventions and processes
- Preferred experience in integrating disparate systems or network infrastructure and security
- Ability to verify project success by conducting requirements verification, maintaining functional tests, and coordinating activities with stakeholders for sign-off
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in creating Software Requirements Specification Documents and Functional Requirements documents
- Ability to document projects using various formats such as Word documents and Visio diagrams
- Preparation and review of Technical Documents
- Capability to plan, build, and deliver demos to stakeholders
- Strong PC skills, including proficiency in standard MS Office applications
- Experience in team leadership and mentoring is advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally
- Strong prioritization skills, capable of assigning work assignments and adjusting work efforts based on departmental needs
- Proficiency in assigning tasks according to each team member’s skills and reviewing developers’ work to ensure adherence to high company standards on all projects
- Ability to multitask and thrive under project deadline pressures is essential

- The working area must maintain a professional appearance for internal and external video calls and should be free from distractions
- External business video calls require smart business attire
- The standard working hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, with a one-hour (unpaid) lunch break each day. Occasional weekend or evening work may be required to meet deadlines and client requirements
- Some international or overnight travel may be necessary
- Holiday entitlement consists of 18 days per annum, plus 10 official bank holidays from a list of Indian Bank Holidays
- The probation period is 6 months, during which your progress will be assessed
- You will undergo a formal annual appraisal conducted between March and April each year
